No evidence against david bain?????? Finger prints on rifle! Brothers blood! Paper round alibi! "I shot the prick" phone call! Wanting to be seen on paper round! PLEASE!!! The list of evidence against the son is huge but anything against the father is all "What if" and made up by the defence to clear the real culprit.
Now db wants compensation!!!!! He should be satisfied with his freedom and leave it at that.
Robin is not being accused of anything…David is the one who is charged with it. David is using the fact that Robin may have done it as a defense. That isn’t the same as accusing Robin.
I have heard a recording the david done from prison saying approx "it wasnt me so it must of been my father". If you read the evidence it just couldnt of been Robin.So it must of been david.Espicially as all the evidence points to him.Robin cant defend himself.Ive read plenty of times from david supporters that it was Robin so he Is being accussed.

Yes I do think Robin did it, but he attempted to cover his tracks because he didn’t want any of his remaining family, his school, or his church, to think he was a murderer or a molester. What is the evidence against David? It is even more vague or at least not proven beyond reasonable doubt.
