Like been cut off whilst driving.
Or carrying the small the single impact the doorway in your face fallowing them in to the building.
Do we let go of them?
Or the small the single we caring about tells we the small white lie?
AHHHHHHHHRrrrrr……

By realising they are just not important. Ask yourself how much you will care about it in 6 months … in 12 months … in two years … in five years … in ten years will you even remember it?

Don’t become and ‘obsessive-compulsive’ about the little vagaries of life or you might turn into a serial killer or something.

Join a gym and punch the heavy bag or play raquetball to ‘sublimate’ or channel negative energy into something constructive, turn a negative into a positive.

Read philosophy books about ‘coping’ and bending like a reed and not breaking like an oak, etc. Taost philosophy is very good about ‘letting go’ againt petty injustices.

John Lennon and Paul McCartney had the best advice for you in the words of their song, Let It Be.

When I find myself in times of trouble
    Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Let it be, let it be.
Whisper words of wisdom, let it be.

I personally do lots of praying, then I pray some more. Sometimes, I nearly run out of patience; especially if it is someone very close to me-like one of my children. Also, I read the Bible quite a bit. Grams

    Do not regurgitate them
Talking about them keeps them "alive"
Move through them by allowing them to drop away, they will drop away if you give them no energy.

Just realize that 90% of the time it’s probably an accident. The other 10% of the time it’s not, but if no one is hurt or in danger, then escalation of hostility at that point is an overreaction.

Don’t sweat the small stuff…and everything you listed…is really small stuff.

Vent, by yourself…don’t take it out on anyone else. And let it go. Forgiveness usually helps me…unless its REALLY bad like cheating..etc.
