Is the “Smart for Life” cookie diet expensive and does it work?

Our internal air wave DJ as good as alternative friends of his have mislaid the lot of weight due to the "Smart for Life" cookie diet program. I’m interested, though of march there is regularly the locate – does any one know how most income it costs? as good as did it work for we as well?
I wonder if you live in Az. I actually believe it does work, however, exercise is a must to continue having results. I think if you do both it would be great for weight loss and mental well being. I have been thinking about doing it myself. I called and found out that the initial fee is 325.- for the doctors visit, etc. (includes all blood work) and the cookies are 60.- per week. I bought The Balance by Oz Garcia years ago and found that extremely helpful for a healthy lifestyle also.
Never heard of it, but I do believe that "cookie diet" is the ultimate oximoron. Don’t have high hopes for this program.
